Warranty Coverage

At Home Korner, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each item is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for products purchased directly from Home Korner or authorized retailers.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any faults in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use within the warranty period.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from regular use.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Incidental or Consequential Damages: Home Korner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide the original receipt or order number.
  2. Detailed Description: Describe the defect and how it occurred.
  3. Photographic Evidence: Supply clear photos of the defect.

Resolution

Upon approval of your warranty claim, Home Korner will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Replace the product with an identical or comparable item.
  • Refund the original purchase price.
